Hi Wellness Bestie, I’m Chanae, a certified Life Coach that focuses on all things mindset & wellness. I am dedicated to helping women break through limiting beliefs, achieve balance, and build sustainable wellness habits. My coaching integrates mind, body, and spirit, while remaining inclusive and open to all. I believe that true transformation happens when we align our thoughts, emotions, and daily habits with our values and goals.

This flexible, 8-week coaching program is designed to help women shift their mindset, develop wellness practices, and create lasting change.
The 4-Step Journey:
Each session includes your own personal workbook with wellness strategies and action steps to help you take control of your mindset and well-being. All sessions are 45 minutes- 1 hr long. You can always extend sessions at the end of the program.
