Wellness Coaching

Hi Wellness Bestie, I’m Chanae, a certified Life Coach that focuses on all things mindset & wellness. I am dedicated to helping women break through limiting beliefs, achieve balance, and build sustainable wellness habits. My coaching integrates mind, body, and spirit, while remaining inclusive and open to all. I believe that true transformation happens when we align our thoughts, emotions, and daily habits with our values and goals.

My Approach:

My coaching approach is holistic, meaning I focus on the whole person (mind, body, spirit), not just one area of life. ​​I work with individuals seeking personal growth to shift their mindset, find balance in their lives, and create lasting wellness habits.

My coaching is:

What my coaching is not:

Therapy – I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

 Advice-Giving – My role is to guide, not tell you what to do.

One-Size-Fits-All – Your journey is unique, and so is my approach.

This flexible, 8-week coaching program is designed to help women shift their mindset, develop wellness practices, and create lasting change.

The 4-Step Journey:

  • Step 1: Foundations & Self-Discovery – Identifying mindset blocks & limiting beliefs.
  • Step 2: Clarity & Mindset Shifts – Defining goals & reframing thoughts.
  • Step 3: Emotional & Physical Wellness – Managing stress & setting boundaries.
  • Step 4: Sustainable Growth – Building lasting habits & future success plans.

Each session includes your own personal workbook with wellness strategies and action steps to help you take control of your mindset and well-being. All sessions are 45 minutes- 1 hr long.  You can always extend sessions at the end of the program.

Weeks 1-2

Goal: Establish trust, define goals, and identify mindset blocks
Session Focus:

  • Understanding their personal journey & challenges
  • Identifying limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns
  • Introduction to Core Coaching Principles:
    Collaboration – Coaching is a partnership
    Integrity – Aligning thoughts, words, and actions
    Accountability – Taking ownership of growth


Weeks 3-4

Goal: Develop a clear vision and actionable steps
Session Focus:

  • The Power of Clarity: Defining short-term & long-term goals using SMART goals
  • Mindset Reframing: Turning challenges into growth opportunities. Reframe negative self-talk into affirming statements
  • Energy Audit: Identifying what drains vs. energizes you


Weeks 5-6

Goal: Integrate wellness strategies that support mental clarity
Session Focus:

  • Nervous System Reset: Stress management & relaxation techniques
  • Boundaries & Emotional Health: Learning to say “no” without guilt
  • Mind-Body Connection: The impact of nutrition, sleep, and movement. Identify key routines that support mental, physical, and spiritual health


Weeks 7-8

Goal: Maintain progress, stay accountable, and plan for long-term success
Session Focus:

  • Creating a Wellness Action Plan
  • Self-Coaching Tools: How to maintain a growth mindset.
  • Community & Accountability: Staying connected post-coaching
